Search engine marketing expert

Hi looking for a search engine marketing expert to help me drive paid traffic and monetize content.

Basically, i will send you a course on PPC marketing - you will go through that course step by step, create an action plan and execute that action on plan on ad networks.

Looking for someone who has experience and understanding of search engine marketing.
