VA for processing order and customers support

Hello,
We looking for virtual assistances with the following conditions:
-Conduct a live interview(skype) in order to assess the level of language
-We prefer working with the same persons (2-3 assistance) because we needed to provide info for better understand our business and it will uncomfortably often study new assistance.


Business type is Delivery service.
20-40 estimated day phone calls 2-5 minutes each call.
20-40 estimated day email response.
10-15 estimated day text messages.

Duties:
-Order processing (phone call/text message/email)
-Answering customer questions regarding FAQ.
-Contacting with delivery drivers via phone.

Requirements:
-Fluent English (no accent)
-Courtesy and accuracy in work
-Answering call no late than after 3-4 rings
-Pleasant voice
-Grammatic without mistakes
