Full Time Digital Marketing Expert/Project Managers/VA needed for owner of digital agency

I am the owner of an online marketing company who needs someone to be my right-hand man/woman to help with daily tasks and help manage workflow. The majority of my clients are SEO, some web design, sales funnel creation, email marketing, facebook ads, etc. I have taken on another agencies SEO/PPC clients, as well as took on a few larger ones of my own in the last few months. I have a SEO team currently, but need help in multiple aspects. I need someone sufficient in wordpress, enough to make smaller changes if needed or make a post, strong understanding and working knowledge of SEO, Email marketing, social media, and marketing in general, very organized (since I am not - please save me), ability to set up most marketing programs, content research/ideas, and excellent English. You won't need to speak English, but quality written English is a must - since some of what is written will be seen by potential clients or current clients. Having basic photoshop skills is a plus, but not a necessity. For current projects I will need help setting up task lists, project flows, etc. So someone who understands online marketing pretty well is important.

Pay is negotiable, I am willing to spend more on someone high quality since this will be a person I speak with often and will rely on.

Most of my clients are fitness related, so if you have any passion at all for that, it helps :).
