**Who Are We Looking For?**
We are searching for a **Customer Support Virtual Assistant (VA)** who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
**Requirements & Expectations:**
- **Previous experience** in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or dropshipping.
- **Excellent communication skills** (written and verbal) in English. Additional European language skills are a plus.
- **Strong problem-solving skills** with a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.
- **Familiarity with Shopify** and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar).
- **Ability to handle inquiries** via
- **Basic knowledge of image editing tools** (for adapting photos, responding to product inquiries, etc.).
- **Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics** and a general interest in data-driven decision-making.
- **Excellent organizational skills** to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- **Adaptability to new tools and trends** in e-commerce and digital communication.
- **A team player** who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- **Ability to work independently**, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- **Experience in digital marketing or social media management** (Google, Snapchat, Pinterest) is a plus.
