Customer Service representative

An online marketing agency is looking for a full-time customer service representative, to communicate with clients mainly via email but sometimes phone calls as well.
Requirements
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Basic technical abilities (you will be working on a few platforms)
- A can-do attitude, resourcefulness and responsibility
- Experience in customer service (preferably in the eCommerce field)
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Full knowledge of Ebay and Amazon costumer service
