FireBoard Labs, a Kansas City-based technology startup, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our customer service team. Excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are essential.
This role will focus on answering customer inquiries by
• Hardware and firmware issues
• General device and operation troubleshooting
• Mobile app, web dashboard, and cloud inquiries
• Order updates
The candidate will be required to be adept at searching our knowledge base for the answer to customer inquiries and crafting a professional response.
Compensation:
The compensation will be commensurate with experience, with potential for more work upon successful completion of Phase 1.
