Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Remote – Philippines)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week) – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time (USA)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and support day-to-day operations, research, and administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle email correspondence.
Research & Data Entry: Conduct online research, compile data, and create reports.
Customer Outreach & Call Management: Manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with clients and partners during 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time (USA).

Client & Provider Communication: Assist with provider and client communication, including answering questions and coordinating schedules.

Social Media & Marketing Support: Help manage social media accounts, draft content, and monitor engagement.
CRM Management: Update and maintain CRM databases to ensure accurate records.
Project Coordination: Assist with various ongoing projects, tracking progress and deadlines.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; attention to detail is a must.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. Must be confident and professional on phone calls.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
Research Ability: Experience conducting online research and presenting findings clearly.
Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Familiarity with the healthcare industry or medical terms.
Basic graphic design or video editing experience.
Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
