About Us:
Fishel Chiropractic is a chiropractic clinic dedicated to serving families, with a strong focus on prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care. We are passionate about helping our patients achieve optimal health through natural, holistic approaches. We also have lactation and breastfeeding support and acupuncture in our office. Our practice is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help us connect with more families who can benefit from our care.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant with experience in marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will assist with designing marketing materials, developing landing pages for events and internal promotions, creating and managing email drip campaigns, editing short-form videos for social media, creating engaging social media posts, editing and updating our website, and other tasks related to bringing in new patients.

This role requires proficiency in Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Mailchimp, and WordPress, with a preference for those familiar with **Google Docs, Sheets, and Google Products**. The right candidate should have a passion for health and wellness and be eager to support a practice that prioritizes family and pediatric chiropractic care.

Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing marketing materials (flyers, brochures, digital ads) using Canva.
- Build and manage **landing pages** for events and promotional campaigns on WordPress
- Develop and schedule **email drip campaigns and weekly newsletters** through Mailchimp
- Edit and create **short-form videos** for social media engagement.
- Craft engaging and educational **social media posts** aligned with our clinic’s mission.
- Assist with basic **website updates** and content uploads on WordPress.
- Support internal marketing efforts, including patient education materials.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute marketing strategies.
- Help manage and market internal and external marketing events

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Canva, AI platforms, Mailchimp and WordPress.
Experience creating marketing materials and digital content.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Basic video editing skills for social media posts.
Understanding of holistic wellness, chiropractic, or family healthcare is preferred.
Communicates in English well
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring creative ideas to the table.
