Job Posting: Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, 10 Hours/Week)

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn? We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team!

We are a short-term rental management company and short-term rental interior design firm seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to assist with administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts using Meta Business Suite (posting content, engaging with followers)
- Create and optimize short-term rental listings on Airbnb, VRBO, and Hospitable
- Assist with dynamic pricing management using PriceLabs to maximize revenue
- Order supplies and coordinate deliveries for rental properties
- Use Breezeway to help track maintenance, housekeeping, and operational tasks
- Design basic marketing materials using Canva
- Research and implement new tools and processes to improve efficiency
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Quick learner and adaptable to new tasks
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable, Breezeway, PriceLabs, Canva, Slack, and Meta Business Suite is required
- Experience in social media management is required
