We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide remote support to a Real Estate Broker based in New York. This is a fantastic opportunity for Filipino professionals who excel in administrative tasks, communication, and time management.
As a key member of the team, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, from managing
Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Follow up with clients, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries via phone or
Calendar Management: Book and confirm property showings, meetings, and other appointments.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
Document Preparation: Help prepare contracts, property listings, and marketing materials.
Market Research: Gather and analyze property and market data to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or real estate assistance is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
