Job Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar. Schedule in-person and virtual meetings.
Create Zoom links if needed and send calendar invites. Make restaurant reservations as needed.
Confirm in-person meetings the day prior.
Look ahead at CEO’s calendar – anticipate changes and adjust or reschedule as needed. Learn and understand which meetings are critical and which can be shifted.
Manage and respond to CEO’s LinkedIn messages. Assess which messages need to be escalated to CEO or other tea ---------- mbers.
Assist CEO with business development on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Monitor LinkedIn actions and requests.
Assist with sending connection invitations to AvidEdge’s LinkedIn page.
Assist with CEO’s occasional travel arrangements as needed.

Experience Requirements:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant to a CEO in a U.S. company.
Experience working overnight hours (daytime hours in U.S). Some overlap of U.S. daytime working hours required. Part-time hours to begin. Please note the keyword, “Search2025” in your response.
Strong working knowledge of the G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive), Zoom, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (can train if needed).
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge or prior experience working in Asana, Canva or other graphic design tools, Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform (we use Crelate), Calendly, Powerpoint and Excel preferred.
