Must have experience in real estate cold calling

Attach a voice recording of your work if you don’t have one make one.

Attach your whatsapp to message you about the job since that is how we will communicate about the job.

Pay is $3 usd per hour not negotiable do not apply if you want to negotiate our pay.

You will not be an employee working directly you will be independent worker.

We do pay a commission on closed deals that’s that you get.

You will be required to generate 2-3 leads per day or more. And make offers on homes we will give you pricing formula.

You will be using call tools and podio you must have experience working with a dialer. If you don’t have experience with this dialer we can train you on how to use it.

Working hours are here we have the right to change the time if we need to. If we need you to make a follow up call after work hours or on the weekends that is part of the job.

M-F 8am est to 4pm est

You will get a one hour break each day that is on your time breaks are not paid.

Pay raises would be considered after a year of you showing up on time and generating leads every day.

Pay is every every week through paypal not negotiable we don’t pay with anything else except this.

If you show up late consistently or don’t show up or leave early consistently. Or don’t let us know when you get a lead. Don’t bother applying.

If you let go of calls and mark them as not interested even though they are leads you will be fired immediately.

We have the right to terminate your work at anytime if we see that you are not doing what we told you.
