Duties and Responsibilities:
* Review and select the best shots for editing from raw footage.
* Trim and arrange video clips to create a cohesive final product.
* Apply artistic and technical skills to ensure seamless transitions, color grading, audio synchronization, and visual effects.
* Incorporate music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the overall storytelling experience.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
* Optimize video content for different platforms and formats.
* Iterate and refine edits based on feedback, ensuring the final product exceeds expectations.
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Years of work experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role, demonstrating proven experience in video editing and showcasing your ability to create visually captivating and emotionally engaging videos.
* Expert user of Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Expert user of Photoshop, Adobe Express, and After Effects (a PLUS).
* Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of editing skills, storytelling abilities, and mastery of visual effects.
* Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and video compression.
* Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and understand project requirements.
* Creative mindset and ability to bring ideas to life through video editing.
* PC or laptop with a processor that has at least 8GB RAM, Intel Core i3 or equivalent, and Windows 10 (for both primary and backup equipment).
* Stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber), with internet backup such as Pocket WiFi or Mobile Hotspot.
* Ability to work the graveyard shift from 12:30 to 9:30 AM Philippine Time.
* High school graduates (old curriculum) are welcome to apply.
