Job Overview
Join us as a Video Editor, where you’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality video content that enhances brand storytelling. From raw footage to final production, you’ll ensure a polished, engaging, and cohesive visual experience across multiple platforms. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you to contribute your video editing expertise from anywhere while collaborating with our creative and marketing teams. This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the potential to increase hours based on workload demands.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production
Plan, shoot, edit, and produce video content, including promotional videos, social media clips, corporate events, product demos, and internal communications.
Edit raw footage into compelling video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, promotional materials, and internal communications.
Perform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and special effects to enhance video quality.
Trim and arrange footage, ensuring smooth transitions, pacing, and storytelling flow.
Adapt video content for different formats (horizontal, vertical, square) to optimize engagement across social media and other digital channels.
Creative Development & Storytelling
Collaborate with the videography and marketing teams to develop engaging video concepts.
Contribute to storyboarding and scripting, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Bring a creative and strategic eye to all video projects, ensuring content is engaging, modern, and on-brand.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all video content.
Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines, including tone, style, and messaging consistency.
Stay up to date with video trends and industry best practices to enhance production quality.
File Management & Organization
Maintain an organized video asset library, including raw footage, edited projects, and final deliverables.
Manage video storage and archiving systems to ensure easy access and efficiency.
Collaboration & Feedback Implementation
Work closely with the videography, marketing, and creative teams to align video content with broader marketing strategies.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and improve video projects.
Other Duties as Assigned
Stay informed about new editing tools, techniques, and technology advancements.
Assist with additional video-related tasks as needed across brands.
Key Requirements
2–4 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical expertise.
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other video editing tools.
Expertise in color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Strong ability to ensure seamless editing, sharp visuals, and high-quality sound.
Ability to work closely with marketing and videography teams, take direction, and apply constructive feedback.
