We need an awesome Customer Support rep who has experience with Klarna chargebacks. APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE RESPONDING TO KLARNA CHARGEBACKS PLEASE. On the interview, we will check and ask you about Klarna and if we see that actually you have no experience, you will be rejected, so please do not waste your and our time.
Besides dealing with Klarna, you will respond to customer
We are an ecommerce company with stores in EU and we are scaling fast and need to hire more.
Pay is excellent and this will become a full time engagement with bonuses, and paid holiday leaves.
We need someone who is hardworking, smart, dedicated a perfectionist and can work with MINIMAL supervision.
