Interactive Media / Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:

We are a VERY visual company working in the holiday niches and community sites. We need a very talented and versatile person to create tons of cool and fun content to share socially and host on our sites. Your will would be seen by hundreds of thousands of enthusiasts and enjoyed thoroughly by our audience.
Responsible for designing logos, website and mobile application graphics, sales materials, social media content, image editing, and interactive advertising creative.

This is creative and fun work, and we expect your passion to come through in your work.

Interactive Media & Graphic Designer Job Duties:

• Create agency/advertiser-centric or user engagement/customer acquisition designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience and creative assets into media designs
• Design cohesive ad campaigns across multiple platforms including desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Participate in creative ideation, strategy and brainstorming
• Stay current with latest interactive design trends, tools, and technologies
• Understand and design specs that adhere to Synectic Media’s standards of quality in design and technical development
• Generate and maintain unified, consistent and effective sales materials that support Synectic’s advertising solutions and sell products
• Conceptualize, create, innovate, launch, troubleshoot, and optimize rich media advertising experiences that come to life
• Understand and maintain requirements, goals, and objectives while also pushing creative
• Work closely with sales organization, analytics, and web development to understand needs, timing and deliverables and plan production
• Understand usability principles that help drive successful designs
• Repurpose and redesign content to share across all social media platforms including Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, linked in, Vimeo, and YouTube
• Understand how design effects performance of social media audiences in each individual platform and direct design to carry out given objectives

Requirements:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign in addition to proficiency in Premier and After Effects is preferred.
• Fluency in HTML5 and CSS
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and ActionScript
• Ability to wireframe and prototype rapidly is required
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them in creating dynamic advertising solutions
• Solid writing ability with copywriting and editing skills is preferred
• Advertising experience across a range of media including online, mobile, and video is preferred
• Experience working with rich media ad serving platforms such as DoubleClick, Sizmek, Pointroll is a plus
• Stellar portfolio demonstrating solid design, layout, interactive innovative work, and typography skills is strongly preferred
