Video Editor with Travel Vlog Experience (YouTube)

Seeking a highly talented, creative and detail-oriented VIDEO EDITOR to edit travel vlog YouTube videos for a personal youtube channel. *Prefer candidates who have interest and experience with travel vlog videos and the ability to highlight visual storytelling with an elevated and polished editing style.*

Description:
Chosen candidates will edit videos to be around 7-15 min in length. (some a bit longer and some shorter). Starting with 4 long-form videos and 4 short-form videos per month. Videos will be segments of vlog clips including photos, voiceover and/ music audio. Videos may be enhanced with features, graphics, animations, ai, voiceover etc. All artistic and cinematic direction will be collaborative and signed off by the Owner.

Requirements:
> 2+ years experience in a Marketing/ Video Editing/ Graphic Designer role.
> Execution of high quality YouTube video productions with minimal direction.
> Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Correct all visual and written errors.
> Manage time accordingly. Respond to feedback and implement changes promptly to meet deadlines.
> Ensure consistency in style, tone, and formatting unless otherwise stated.
> Prepare videos for upload, including formatting, metadata tagging, and thumbnail to optimize for YouTube algorithms.
> Must be experienced with YouTube studio best practices & trends, SEO, engagement and analytics. Knowledgeable in growing a YT channel and proactively contributing ideas and suggestions for success.

Layout guide/ Chronological sequence of video
Creative direction and/ examples of video styles to reference
