ConvertKit Expert

We have 30k emails currently, and approximately 70% of the list is segmented.

1. Do Audit of ConvertKit. This involves 5 hours of understanding my products via video and PowerPoint. Check sequences, automations, and rules.

2. REPAIR EXISTING. Adjust existing sequences and automations based on edited email content. Fix broken rules. Make suggestions / recommendations to employer. All email content will be provided. VA will not write any content.

3. The first week or two, the VA will build out approximately 4-5 NEW sequences, automations, and rules connected to products sold on WooCommerce. Then the VA will build out ONE new sequence per week.

4. Build landing pages connected to URLs that we can post on social media offering free lead magnets. The number of lead magnets I an offer is almost infinite, however, the VA will build out 1 or 2 landing pages per week. Each landing page will connect to a sales funnel that has a 4-5 email sequence written by the employer.

5. Every Phillipine Monday, VA will draft and schedule 9 emails to go out to segmented lists during the week. The emails are written by the employer.

6. Every week, the VA will do a quick audit to ensure that new customer data being imported from zapier and WooCommerce is being tagged properly and the new customer is placed in the appropriate email sequence.

Initially, this job will require 25-30 hours of work for the first two weeks. ....then the VA will work 10 hours a week to ensure everything is working.
