Job Overview
We need an experienced Amazon virtual assistant to support our e-commerce business. Your tasks will include product research & listing, inventory management and fulfillment, product launching, and customer support.
KEY TASKS:
Conduct product research
Create and optimize Amazon listings
Launch and manage products
Manage inventory levels
Manage shipping and fulfillment procedure
Analyze sales data and create reports
Stay updated on Amazon policies
Handle customer service
Implement supervisor’s requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum 2 years of Amazon virtual assistant experience for US & UK
Excellent knowledge of Amazon policies and guidelines
Inventory skill management
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of PPC management is a plus
Familiarity with product research tools (e.g., Helium 10)
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented and highly organized
