Podcast Booking Agent

Looking for top podcast booking agents for my growing podcast agency. Need to be A players (meaning want the best, hardest working, dedicated, passionate and resourceful) as you will work with high profile USA entrepreneurs, founders, etc. Clients that expect results. My agency is growing fast, looking for podcast bookers with people passionate about working, that are very good English speaking as all communication is in English.

Job responsibilities would be sending out alot of emails daily, making sure clients get booked on podcasts, communicating with clients/ and podcast shows with follow up, working with me the founder if you have any issues, weekly performance goals and expected work output (aka sending emails) as this is a full time remote position. You will have all the tools needing including your own email, trello board for updates, and Google sheets. You will have to make a media one pager off questionnaire provided from client, you will have to be able to understand what is written on that questionnaire, and if questions will have to contact me to make sure you put the write information on the media one pager. Then you will have to have a QUIET place to do a 15-30 min zoom, one time for each new client you onboard to welcome them and understand their goals.

You will be working with many clients at a time and will be expected to be able to do the work and manage this properly. This is a performance job meaning, job duties are expected to be done and will be mandatory and everything is tracked. There will be room for growth, higher pay, bonuses as company grows as well.
