Sales Outreach Agent (Music Education Platform) – Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for outreach agents to help our music education platform find and nurture new leads online.

This is a full-time role, and we’re looking for long-term tea ---------- mbers who are great at connecting with people and building relationships.

Responsibilities:

Engaging with leads already interacting with our social media and community.
Identifying potential clients and reaching out in a natural, engaging way.
Following up with leads via messages and email.
Building relationships with DJs, artists, and industry professionals.
Communicating clearly with our team about promising leads.
What We’re Looking For:

Fluent English (spoken & written).
Some experience in customer service, sales, or community management.
Good understanding of social media & online communication.
Organized and proactive approach.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using outreach tools.
