Answer Offices Phones. You are first in line to answer phones.
Create Customer Proposals and send them promptly
Check online order. Create and send proposal promptly.
Contact Office Manager immediately regarding any damages or discrepancies by customers
Assist Office Manager in everything
Set-up Site visits and Logistics
Familiarize yourself with all products and incoming new products owned by the company.
Participates in meetings, workshops, trainings, for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
