We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage the scheduling, material ordering, and warranty processes for residential home improvement projects, specifically focused on roofing and siding. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines for material deliveries and project milestones are met.
-Manage material ordering, ensuring timely delivery and accurate quantities for each project.
-Track warranties and ensure proper documentation for each completed project.
-Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
-Maintain organized project files, including material orders, schedules, and warranty documentation.
-Address any project-related issues, such as material delays, warranty claims, or scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required (construction management, business administration, or a related field).
-2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in residential construction or home improvement.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers, vendors, and clients.
-Experience with project management software or tools.
-Familiarity with construction terms and materials (roofing and siding is a plus).
