Architect - Site Plans

About Us: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced architect to assist in the development of a comprehensive site plan. This includes the integration of easements, residential structures, and various amenities. Our objective is to create a well-designed, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment that adheres to all US building standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed site plans that incorporate:
Property boundaries, dimensions, and topographical data
Easements, right-of-ways, and setback requirements
Residential structure placement and integration
Landscaping, hardscaping, and green infrastructure
Vehicular and pedestrian circulation systems, including driveways, walkways, and parking areas
Utility infrastructure (water, sewer, electricity, gas, telecommunications)
Stormwater management systems, including drainage and retention/detention facilities
Recreational and ancillary amenities (e.g., swimming pools, playgrounds, sports courts)
Compliance with local zoning ordinances, building codes, and regulatory requirements
Conduct site analysis to assess environmental impact, soil conditions, and other site-specific factors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and objectives.
Provide innovative and sustainable design solutions that enhance the overall project.
Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineers, as well as contractors and other professionals, to ensure seamless project execution.
Perform site visits and assessments to verify conditions and progress.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Licensed architect with 10+ years of experience in site planning and residential projects.
Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, GIS software).
In-depth knowledge of US building standards, local zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
Strong technical skills in site analysis, environmental impact assessment, and infrastructure planning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
