SEO & Web Designer $850

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in the U.S., and we’re on the lookout for a talented, detail-obsessed Website Designer & SEO Assistant to join our team full-time. This role will work directly under our lead manager, supporting website builds, SEO implementation, and overall digital presence for our clients.

This is not an entry-level role—we need someone with real-world experience who can jump into tasks with confidence, stay organized, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

???? Key Responsibilities:
•? ?Design and develop websites (mostly WordPress; experience with Wix, Squarespace, and other CMS is a plus)
•? ?Edit and improve site layout, UI/UX, speed, and functionality
•? ?Assist with basic SEO tasks: on-page optimization, schema markup, meta tags, etc.
•? ?Manage backlinks and coordinate outreach for SEO campaigns
•? ?Humanize and refine AI-generated content for tone, clarity, and flow
•? ?Handle light admin tasks: file organization, tracking tasks, updating spreadsheets
•? ?Collaborate closely with the SEO team to support digital campaigns

? Requirements (MUST-HAVES):
•? ?Minimum 2 years of experience working online as a Virtual Assistant or similar role (no beginners please)
•? ?Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, and basic HTML/CSS
•? ?Good written communication skills and an eye for editing content in a natural tone
•? ?Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across multiple projects
•? ?Fast learner who can take direction, ask questions, and problem-solve
•? ?Proficient in English

???? Tech Requirements:
•? ?Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps
•? ?Laptop with Intel i5/i7 processor and 8GB RAM (or better)
•? ?Stable internet with minimal outages

???? Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have):
•? ?Familiarity with backlinking tools and SEO outreach strategies
•? ?Knowledge of additional CMS platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Wix)
•? ?Entrepreneurial mindset or past experience running a business
•? ?Basic coding skills beyond HTML/CSS
