What You’ll Be Doing
???? Managing and responding to client tickets using ClickUp.
???? Handling client communications via email—providing solutions with clarity and professionalism.
???? Collecting and organizing client account data to assist Account Managers.
???? Tracking and maintaining client metrics to ensure success.
???? Supporting and improving internal processes within the Customer Success Department.

What You Need to Bring
? 3+ years of Customer Support/Service experience.
? Experience working with a Marketing Agency
? Experience working with American & European customers.
? Ability to work in EST time zones.
? Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, marketing campaigns, and branding.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills—confident, proactive, and articulate.
? Mastery of corporate communication in English.
? Excellent organizational skills—you keep things running smoothly.
? Preferred experience with ClickUp, HubSpot, and/or Zendesk.
? A university degree.
