Your Role
As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for crafting, scheduling, and managing daily content that showcases Bee Techy’s projects, culture, and industry expertise. Your goal? To boost engagement, grow our following, and build a strong brand voice.

Key Responsibilities ?????
Content Creation: Write, design, and produce daily social media posts that engage, inform, and entertain.

Social Media Management: Plan and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to maintain a consistent online presence.

Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build meaningful relationships with our audience.

Analytics & Growth: Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and refine content strategy based on engagement data.

Trend Spotting: Stay updated on industry trends, tech news, and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

What You Bring to the Hive ????
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.

A strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and engagement strategies.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand content.

Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools for creating eye-catching visuals.

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies.

A creative, proactive mindset with a passion for storytelling and tech!

Bonus Points
Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Knowledge of SEO strategies for social media.

Basic knowledge of coding, AI, or software development (not required, but a plus!).
