???? About the Role
We are looking for a YouTube Automation VA to help scale our celebrity-focused YouTube channels. You will manage topic research, scriptwriting (AI-assisted), video production, automation, and repurposing content into Shorts/TikToks.

If you have experience growing YouTube channels to 100k+ views per video using AI and automation, this job is for you!

???? Responsibilities
? Find trending video topics daily (VidIQ, Google Trends, etc.)
? Automate scriptwriting & voiceovers (ChatGPT, ElevenLabs)
? Oversee AI video creation (Pictory AI, CapCut AI)
? Optimize video SEO (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails)
? Manage video uploads & scheduling
? Repurpose content into Shorts & TikToks
? Track performance & suggest improvements

? Requirements (Must-Have)
? Proven success in YouTube automation (Show channels you’ve worked on)
? Experience with AI tools:

VidIQ, Google Trends (Topic research)
ChatGPT (Scriptwriting)
ElevenLabs (Voiceovers)
Pictory AI / CapCut (Editing)
---------- / Zapier (Automation)
? Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO & growth strategies
? Self-motivated & reliable – We don’t micromanage!
