We're looking for a motivated Facebook Growth Specialist to help scale our growing travel brand. This is a long-term position where you’ll receive hands-on training to become an integral part of our team at a world-renowned travel website.

Our travel blog reaches 200,000+ visitors per month across other channels, but Facebook is an untapped opportunity. The goal is to grow the page, boost engagement, and drive traffic to our blog.

As a Facebook Growth Specialist, your main focus will be growing and engaging our Facebook audience while driving traffic to our travel blog. You should be detail-oriented, creative, and strategic in using best practices to maximize reach and monetization opportunities.

Your role will involve resharing blog posts from our website onto Facebook in a way that optimizes engagement and traffic. This includes:

- Crafting engaging post captions that encourage interaction.
- Using a thumbnail image with a text overlay to grab attention.
- Placing the blog link in the first comment to improve reach and engagement.
- Testing different post formats, such as image carousels, short-form videos, and polls, to increase interaction.
- Experimenting with Facebook’s latest features, like Reels, Stories, and Groups, to expand visibility.
- Engaging with followers by responding to comments and messages to build community.
- Tracking post performance and adjusting strategies based on insights and analytics.
- Exploring monetization options, such as Facebook Ad Breaks, paid partnerships, or subscription-based content.

In addition to base compensation, this role includes performance-based incentives, allowing you to earn up to 10% of all net revenue generated from Facebook traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow and manage our Facebook page to increase followers, engagement, and visibility.
- Create and schedule engaging posts that align with our brand voice and travel niche.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to optimize growth.
- Share and promote blog content to drive traffic from Facebook to our site.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages.

Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience growing Facebook pages, ideally in the travel or lifestyle niche.
- Understands Facebook algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Is proactive, creative, and data-driven in optimizing content.
- Knows how to craft engaging post captions and visuals.
- Bonus: Experience with Facebook ads or ---------- strategies.
- Compensation:
- Base pay: $4/hour (up to 40-50 hours per week).
- Performance bonus: Up to 15% of net revenue from Facebook traffic. I anticipate this growing to thousands of dollars per month.
- Compensation will grow as skills improve.
