Remote Fleet Manager – Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) & Data Processing

I operate a fleet of Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) that run continuously and I’m looking for a dependable person to help oversee the USVs - particularly during evening hours in the United States.

Responsibilities:
Assign workloads to USVs using desktop software and remote desktop tools.
Download, organize, and archive collected data.
Monitor USVs in obstacle-prone areas (shorelines, docks, etc.) via live video feed. Adjust course or operate manually with a joystick when necessary.
Monitor system performance and flag issues (breakdowns, connectivity problems, unusual behavior).
Notify me immediately if issues occur, units break down, get stuck etc

Requirements:
Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple software platforms.
Willingness to learn the specifics of USV operations.
Reliable communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Dependability—this role requires consistency and vigilance.

This is a fully remote position. It suits someone comfortable managing tasks independently while staying alert to system changes.
