Quality Assurance RN

Caring Bees Healthcare is quickly expanding and we are looking to hire a Full-time RN for our Quality Assurance effectively immediately. We care for patients of all ages and backgrounds who may require daily visits in their homes. Most of our patients are elderly so we hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field.
QA Nurse Responsibilities

- Reviewing Oasis paperwork
- Reviewing Nurses daily Notes
- Make sure that TPL and Medicare charts are ready for billing
- Staff education about what they documented wrong

- Coordinate Record reviews & quality assurance performance improvement meetings
- Oasis Transmission

Requirement:
- Has to have a USA RN license and Social Security Number (because we will help the right candidate to get RN license in Massachusetts as it is required for this position.
- QA experience in home health a plus but not required ( we will train)
