We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Evidence Coordinator Assistant to join our team as the first one of this role. This role is essential in ensuring all client evidence is reviewed, organized, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with impeccable English skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Review
- Organize and format evidence for review/signature from clients.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to client
- Cross-check evidence and tasks in Lawmatics (our CRM).
- Draft and prepare evidence forms for submission.
- Complete administrative tasks in Lawmatics, such as sending documents to clients.
- Check forms for accuracy and follow up with clients via
- Manage text communication in Dialpad, including responding to messages or drafting evidence collection texts with document links.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with evolving procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to identify discrepancies.
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing procedures and industry requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills for client interactions.
- Proficiency in handling digital tools (Google Drive, Lawmatics, Dialpad, etc.).
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
Work Schedule
11 AM - 7 PM EST or 10 AM - 6 PM EST (or a similar shift).
