The job responsibilities include designing and creating engaging YouTube thumbnails, researching trending thumbnail styles, editing and enhancing images, organizing and maintaining a thumbnail archive, analyzing thumbnail performance, collaborating with the content team, ensuring brand consistency, and assisting with basic design tasks. Additionally, creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration skills are key to creating thumbnails that align with the brand and content strategy.
