Graphic Designer & Operations Assistant for Amazon/E-Commerce

About Us:
We are a growing Amazon FBA business located in Canada seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Operations Assistant to join our team. This role combines graphic design (product renders, labels, and listing images) with inventory management, purchasing, and receiving. Responsibilities:
Graphic Design for Amazon FBA
• Create high-quality 3D product renders and edit images for Amazon listings.
• Design Amazon listing images, infographics, lifestyle images, and comparison charts to boost conversions.
• Develop A+ Content (EBC) and Amazon Storefront banners for branding.
• Design custom labels and packaging that comply with Amazon and supplier guidelines.
• Edit and enhance product photos to meet Amazon’s high-quality standards..
Inventory Management & Operations
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Coordinate shipment receiving and ensure timely deliveries to Amazon fulfillment centers.
• Manage FBA shipments, including labeling, packaging requirements, and freight coordination.
• Track inventory health, storage fees, and FBA restock limits.
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues, delays, and production concerns.
• Maintain spreadsheets and reports on inventory movement, sales trends, and order forecasts.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in 3D rendering, graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,
• Experience with Amazon FBA inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, and FBA shipment creation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for tracking inventory and sales data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for supplier and team coordination.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Compensation:
Starting pay for this position is 33,000 PHP per month with opportunities for bonuses.
