Job Title: Remote Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including bid opportunity research, preparing estimates, billing and invoicing, organizing, calendar management, and posting on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Bid Opportunity Research:
Monitor various platforms and websites to identify potential bid opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Utilize the following platforms:
Bonfire: Search for government-backed projects, receive daily updates, and filter projects by categories, regions, and keywords.
Ionwave: Utilize Ionwave's bidding platform to find and respond to relevant bid opportunities.
City and School District Websites: Regularly check the bidding sections of various city and school district websites to identify and pursue relevant bid opportunities.
BidCentral: Access thousands of public and private construction projects, receive daily reminders, and organize documents efficiently12.
BidClerk: Search through a vast database of construction projects, filter by location and project type, and receive daily updates on new and updated projects1.
BidNetDirect: Focus on government-backed projects, receive daily updates, and filter projects by categories, regions, and keywords158. Access bids from over 1,300 member agencies, including local, state, and federal government entities1.
ConstructConnect: Access a comprehensive database of public and private construction projects, connect with general contractors, and utilize market intelligence and analytics12.
Research and identify potential bid opportunities across these platforms.
Estimating, Billing and Invoicing:
Prepare accurate and timely estimates for projects.
Manage billing processes, generate invoices, and ensure timely payment from clients.
Organizational Tasks: Organize office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. This includes managing schedules and maintaining a clean and organized virtual workspace.
Calendar Management:
Manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
Ensure efficient time management and prevent scheduling conflicts.
Social Media Management: Create and post content on social media platforms to engage with the company's audience and maintain a strong online presence.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with tea ---------- mbers, clients, and other stakeholders through email, phone, and video conferencing.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
Ability to monitor and utilize various bidding platforms effectively.
Education: College degree required.
Tools and Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM software, and other productivity tools.
