Product Listing & Product Research – Shopify Ecommerce Virtual Assistant (Dropshipping)

Background:
We’re proud to open our second webshop – this time a dropshipping store in the bags niche. We're building it from scratch and need a seasoned VA who’s ready to dive in and make an impact.

Job Description:
You'll import bags from AliExpress into our Shopify store using DSers, write SEO friendly product titles and descriptions in English with the help of ChatGPT, and organize product media. We’re looking for someone with experience in these areas. We provide a detailed onboarding document that clearly outlines tasks and responsibilities to help you hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:
Product Research: Find bags on AliExpress that fit our niche.
Product Importing: Use DSers to import products into our Shopify store.
Content Creation: Write SEO friendly product titles and descriptions in English (you can use ChatGPT for this task).
Media Management: Arrange product images in the correct order; perform basic edits within Shopify or Canva if needed.
Catalog Organization: Add products to the proper collections.

Requirements:
Experience with Shopify, product listing, and product research.
Proven experience with tools like DSers in a dropshipping environment.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Experience with ChatGPT.
SEO knowledge (you don't need to be an expert, but you should understand the fundamentals).
Familiarity with Canva for minor image adjustments.

Work Schedule:
Part-time position: 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to full-time (40 hours per week).
Flexible, remote working hours.

Salary: $3 to $5 USD / per hour.
$528 to $880 USD per month, based on a full-time 40-hour workweek.
