Secondary Goals (when primary goal cannot be met): Record contact information of the person in charge of hiring a cleaning company. Email, Direct phone number or extension, company title or position.
Record appropriate time to contact the customer again.
Document the appropriate channel to go through to submit a cleaning estimate.
