We are looking for a professional, reliable, and highly organized Office Assistant to provide front-line support for our company. The ideal candidate will answer and manage phone calls, assist with office tasks, and provide excellent customer service while working remotely.

Position Overview:
This is a full-time, remote Office Assistant position. The selected candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, strong organizational abilities, and a stable, high-speed internet connection as they will be on the phone throughout the day.

The role involves handling phone calls, greeting clients virtually, scheduling appointments, data entry, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering and Managing Phone Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls, take messages, and direct calls as needed.
Virtual Reception Duties: Greet and assist callers in a professional, courteous manner.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Set appointments, confir ---------- etings, and coordinate schedules.
Office Administration: Assist with document organization, data entry, and correspondence.

Email
Management: Monitor inboxes, reply to inquiries, and escalate priority emails.
Customer Support: Provide helpful information to clients, address inquiries, and follow up as necessary.
Basic Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain client information and track follow-ups.
General Office Assistance: Support other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
? Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent grammar and communication skills.
? Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
? A stable, high-speed internet connection to ensure clear call quality and uninterrupted communication.
? Strong phone etiquette and professionalism when speaking with clients.
? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
? Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
? Full-time availability (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM EST).
