As our Video Editor & Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in crafting engaging video ads and marketing visuals designed for social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce eye-catching, performance-driven ads that capture attention and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video ads optimized for platforms like
- Develop and refine video and graphic design concepts to align with brand messaging and achieve marketing goals.
- Incorporate current trends, storytelling techniques, and creative transitions to enhance ad engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to strategize and produce content tailored specifically to the US audience.
- Design static and motion graphics for video overlays, thumbnails, and social media assets.
- Ensure all video ads and graphics are on-brand, visually appealing, and meet platform-specific requirements for optimal performance.
- Manage and organize a repository of raw footage, video assets, and completed projects for easy access and reuse.
- Source and integrate royalty-free audio tracks, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the quality and impact of video ads.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to adapt content strategies.
- Implement feedback promptly and maintain high-quality standards, even under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing for social media platforms, specifically reels and short-form content.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Advanced graphic design skills with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for engagement.
- Experience editing and designing content tailored for the US market.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, or After Effects is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze video ad performance, identify what works, and iterate to improve future content.
- Creative problem-solving skills to adapt to feedback and develop innovative video and graphic approaches.
