Video Editor and YouTube Channel Manager

We're seeking an experienced Video Editor & YouTube Channel Manager. This role combines video editing expertise, graphic design skills, and content management to create compelling visual content for both our brand and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead video editing for our YouTube channel, producing 3 high-quality videos per week
- Create and maintain brand-consistent visual assets including reports, lead magnets, and website graphics
- Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and marketing materials
- Manage our YouTube channel's content strategy, including SEO optimization and scheduling
- Oversee content quality by reviewing scripts and ensuring timely community engagement
- Edit video advertisements for client campaigns across social media platforms
- Maintain website visual consistency and functionality
- Execute keyword research and content strategy optimization on YouTube

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience, specifically for YouTube
- 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proven track record in YouTube channel management and growth
- Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and content optimization
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain brand consistency
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of video editing software
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Understanding of YouTube analytics and optimization tools
- Experience with content management systems
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their specifications
