Data Analyst (SQL, Python, Tableau, GIS)

We’re looking for a Data Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to support our data operations, reporting, and visualization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform basic database management and optimize queries.
- Create GIS visualizations to analyze and present spatial data.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines to ensure smooth data flow.
- Conduct descriptive analytics to uncover trends and insights.
- Develop and update dashboards using Tableau to track key metrics and performance.

Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, data manipulation, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience with Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries).
- Hands-on experience with Tableau for building dashboards and visualizations.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services for data storage and processing.
- Understanding of GIS concepts and tools for spatial data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with marketing or lead generation data.
- Knowledge of data-driven marketing strategies and key performance metrics.
- Exposure to ETL processes and workflow automation.
