1. organization and management of HR processes of the production site from scratch: recruitment, adaptation, assessment and development of personnel

3. organization of the training process, timely determination of the need for employee development; development of measures to retain key employees, staff rotation; assessment of the level of motivation and involvement of personnel, development of measures to increase them.
