HIRING: Experienced Virtual Assistant – Systems & Organization Expert (Philippines, Part-Time, Remote)

I am looking for an Experienced VA to join my team as soon as possible. You must have 3-4 years of experience, be fluent in English, and be comfortable working with AI tools (so Norwegian to English language tasks are no issue).

We move fast and work hard, so meeting deadlines is essential. You should be comfortable working in a structured environment with clear tasks and KPIs.

???? Position: Part-Time Virtual Assistant
? Working Hours: 5 PM – 9 PM Manila time (Remote)
???? Location: Philippines (Work from home)

???? Must-Haves:

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Tech-savvy – you love systems and automation
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Experience working with online entrepreneurs
? Familiar with Kajabi, ---------- , and social media management
? Ability to follow structured daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

???? Key Responsibilities:
???? KPI Reporting: Analyze and track social media performance
???? Accounting Tasks: Handle simple bookkeeping and financial admin
???? Task Management: Organize and execute structured daily, weekly, and monthly workflows in Google Sheets/Excel
???? Customer Service: Manage emails, FB groups, and event coordination
???? Social Media Admin: Create, edit, and update scheduled posts in groups
???? Facebook Group Admin: Approve members, update group details, and moderate interactions
???? Kajabi Management: Build opt-ins, landing pages, and update content
