Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Call Representative to introduce and promote LAILA to potential customers in the US market. This role involves cold calling, lead generation and direct engagement with businesses to demonstrate the value of LAILA as a market research solution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to businesses in the US, introducing LAILA and its capabilities.
* Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and schedule product demos.
* Clearly communicate LAILA’s features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
* Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target the right audience.
* Maintain a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and close deals.
* Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and optimize the sales pipeline.
* Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and feedback within HubSpot.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 1+ years of experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing (preferably in SaaS or AI-driven products).
* Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM – ability to manage contacts, sequences & workflows.
* Excellent communication and persuasive skills with a confident phone presence.
* Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and compelling way.
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
* Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones
