Tik Tok Shop Adminstrator

I am currently based outside of the U.S and want to set up a TikTok shop account. I have been told this is impossible to do as it requires US residency. I am looking for someone who has had experience in running TikTok Shop from outside of the United States. I need help to set up and to run the account once set up is complete.
