Admin - customer service VA

This is a job in a niche e-commerce business in the window coverings space. Extensive product knowledge will be learned to help customers place orders and answer questions. Each order is reviewed and and follow up with customers is sometimes necessary. Excellent English and phone skills is a must have.

You will become a master in this niche and learn everything there is about the product working closely with the founder. It is an expensive product so lots of customers like to call or chat with a few questions and to be sure our store can provide what they need.
