I’m looking for my first hire at Chudo Organizing, a business focused on helping people declutter their homes, minds, and schedules. As my Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in setting up systems, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our launch.
What You’ll Do
- Help organize and implement systems for payments, scheduling, and client management.
- Assist with writing, proofreading, and ensuring communication is clear and professional.
- Manage tasks related to promoting and selling gift cards for our organizing services (especially for an upcoming Valentine’s Day promo).
- Support business operations by handling
- Adapt to changing needs and take initiative in solving problems.
What I’m Looking For
- Strong reading, writing, and organizational skills (I’m dyslexic, so attention to detail is a big plus).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools.
- Flexible and self-motivated—this is a startup, so things move fast!
- Experience with admin work, customer service, or social media is a plus.
- Located in the Philippines (remote work).
