We're an ecommerce company based in U.S., shipping to most countries worldwide. We're looking for reliable customer service representative interested in a steady career and long-term employment opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Interact with customers via Phone, Chat and Email
Work with our software to update orders
Take or assist customers with new orders over the phone
Work with different spreadsheets
Communicate with other tea ---------- mbers via slack

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior customer service experience
Ecommerce experience
Knowledge of Shoppify
Knowledge of Gorgias
Good knowledge of Google docs and MS excel
Adequate typing speed for effective communication.

Applicants information:
Business hours: US Pacific standard time 9:00 am to 5:00pm
Working hours: US Pacific standard time 6:00 am to 5:00 pm
Daily schedule: 8 hours per day
Salary: $4 to $6 per hour (USD).
