We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can balance boosting views and engagement while also driving quality leads for our business. You’ll be the mastermind behind our social media presence, creating content that not only gets attention but also turns into meaningful connections with potential clients.

What You’ll Do:
-Create and execute engaging social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
-Balance visibility and conversions—your goal isn’t just to get views but to turn those views into real business opportunities.
-Manage daily content—planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
-Engage with our community—responding to comments, and messages, and building strong relationships with our audience.
-Run email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, keeping our audience informed and engaged.
-Edit videos and create compelling content that stands out on social media.
-Analyze what’s working—track performance, optimize campaigns, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
-Stay on top of trends—we want fresh, innovative ideas that keep us ahead of the game!

What We’re Looking For:
Social media expertise—you know Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook inside out.
A strategic mindset—you understand how to grow an audience and generate leads at the same time.
Mailchimp experience for email marketing campaigns.
Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making—you love making content, but you also know how to measure success.
Strong communication skills—writing captions, engaging with followers, and working with our team.
Organized and detail-oriented—you can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
Passion for social media and marketing—you’re always up to date on the latest trends.
