Lead Generation & Closing Virtual Assistant (Remote, PH-Based Preferred)

$650/month + Commission | Fully Remote | Closing Experience Required

What You'll Do:
Client Prospecting – Identify and research small business owners, coaches, and entrepreneurs who need virtual assistant services.
Cold Outreach & Engagement – Conduct personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Follow-Ups & CRM Management – Track, organize, and update leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or ClickUp).
Appointment Setting & Closing – Book discovery calls and close deals with business owners who need VAs to scale.
Social Media Engagement – Like, comment, and interact with potential leads to warm up outreach efforts.
Lead Tracking & Reporting – Keep records of outreach performance and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation & closing sales.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Proven success in booking and closing leads.
Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ClickUp, etc.).
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet daily targets.

Compensation & Benefits:
$650/month base salary + performance-based commissions
